October 27, 201015 yr The level they are at when they are discovered. Yes They increase the stats generally after every successful mission that uses those stats by one point. Success in diplomacy increases Diplomacy. Escaping a foiled mission that you were the agent (not decoy) may increase Espionage... Base+ positive random variance. so 50 var 20; is RND 50 to 70 start. IIRC Jedi increase their stats much faster and easier, it maybe two points every single time, or more often. Use a mission and see the increase. They can become very powerful. I think do not raise above 255 in RebEd.
