Need a stickied bug thread btw.

Anyway, the bug i would like to report is that 'Cluster Munitions' on the Victory 1 class Star Destroyer, available to both the Empire and the Republic, is unable to be acquired through promotion. If said star destroyer has a promotion point available and it is spent on 'Cluster Munitions', that point will be wasted, and not be reacquired. I would imagine that this would cause AI problems, and probably lead to them having capital ships with 10 levels and no powers.

Fighting is terrible, but not as terrible as losing the will to fight.
