???can someone tell me how i can change the fire speed on any star ship, mostly i want the venator to be an amazing ship, YES I'm aware of spooky's tool and i think i need a Lil more help with it...

 

;) SO please can anyone who sees this just comment or explane to me which file changes the fire speed or something not sure if it's the subsystem or the weapons file.:P
