April 1, 200719 yr The readme says to stick the .BIG files in the HW2 Directory, but where exactly? Just C/Progamfiles/Seirra/HomeWorld2 ? Or somewhere in the Bin folder? Such a silly question.. but I honestly don't know. Thanks!
April 1, 200719 yr wait..silly me... suggested install download the newest .BIG files and place in your homeworld2 data directory I'm sorry!! I thought I read the readme with care.. I guess not.
May 3, 200917 yr I put the files PLANETPACK.Big, SWMUSIC.Big, SWSOUND.Big, CORE.Big, OLDSHIPS.Big, SHIPSHOD.Big, GENHODS.Big from the mod and the normal files Homeworld2.big, EnglishSpeech.big, English.big, and Music.big in the DATA directory. I also have the folder "Animatics" in the DATA with NO custom files. the directory is: C:\Program Files\Sierra\Homeworld2\Data. I have version 1.1 and this is my first and only mod for HM2. This is the most recent version as I got all the files from the HM2 newest files. Nothing happens when I boot up the game, it runs just like normal with no changes, can someone PLEASE help me! (all files and folders are CAPITAL LETTER sensitive, all files and folders are cased EXACTLY as they are in the C:)
