I'm going to make 2 playable factions with minimal 20 heroes, ~5-10 non-playable factions, >100 planets and alot more.
August 30, 200818 yr If you make the planets smaller, it'll probably work. It's mainly probably what your computer can handle. I've never really considered the planet/coorinate limit, but I'd assume you can have as many planets as a comp can handle and put them as far as the game lets you see. Heroes are only limited to file space as a far as I know. Nonplayable factions are pretty easy, I think you could manage 5-10. I believe somewhere there was a specific limit of factions/non-playable factions, but I forgot the numbers. September 3, 200818 yr You get around the hardcoded issues by using the hard coding form another faction to help out....If my CIS acts like the consortium in some cases, its no biggie....so long as a human can use it and enjoy it. Im actually deciding whether or not I want to make my own GC campaign for my mod...what do you guys think? Bow to me, as a slave does before his master, or a peasant before his king.
