I'm using raw HTML so I have to continuely play around until I get something I like. All i'm asking for is a wallpaper image that easily loops itself on huge monitors and says Ghostly Substance in some fashion. I tried with photoshop but everytime I mess around it looks not right. I do have a logo which looks as if the neon got solid and faded out.
