How do install mods?

I downloaded a couple mods but when I finish they are just a bunch of folders and what not, how do I launch the mod once downloaded?

read the REadme file (if it exists) if not then luach the game normally.

well first of all what web site did u get the modd form also if that site is

then you should just download the modd installer it installs the modd for you.
