I just downloaded a mod, but before i install, i have a question.  Is there any risk when installing it?  Like could i screw up my game and make it un-playable or anything?

 

I have done some small 'tweaking', but i haven't added anything big.

When editing game files, theres always a risk.  But the most a mod i EAW could do is keep you game from booting up, and that just takes a quick look in the XML files.  If the mod has been published, it's most likely safe.  If you made it,  well...it's still safe, jsut there's a risk that you could have done soemthing the game doesn't know how to do, so it crashes. 

No risk at all...unless you got rid of your config.meg

 

Just delete your XML folder if it screws the game (I did like 8 times)
