I doubt very much whether there will be a Drag and Drop creator released however I am sure that someone will hardcode an overall editor for the game.. Kinda Like RebEd for Rebellion.

Can't you make bik format movies with RAD game tools? I'm not sure, the only reason I got them was to watch biks, but I think you can make them too.
