Shipyard of Kuat problems

I haven't played the map online yet, but in skirmish matches with AI there are some problems.  Rebel units will fire and attack the background Empire units next to the shipyards.  Also when I select all units as Empire, I get the background units in my list below, even the transports.  Not a big deal, but they can be annoying.

I don't know if this was done on purpose to give both sides a different disadvantage on this map.

I must not fear

Fear is the mind-killer

Fear is the little death that brings total obliteration

I will face my fear

I will permit it to pass over me and through me

And when it has gone past, I will turn the inner eye to see its path

Where the fear has gone there will be nothing

Only I will remain
