...stop autoresolve in multiplayer against Pirates yet?

 

If we can't, I'll end up nerfing them until they're like the UN.

Its impossible, the only way would be to have both players over the planet with Pirates as a native force. You could make it so both players always have a Probe Droid on every map, that would fix it.
