February 23, 200620 yr Proton torpedos are better. Dont ask me why, I'm no technician. It bring upon us more of famine, death and war, you know religion has a lot to answer for. -Steve Harris, Iron Maiden
February 23, 200620 yr Proton Torpedoes are used for attacking capital ships and frigates while concussion missles are better against fighters.

February 23, 200620 yr broad side cursers pwn anything.... get 3 of them and you can just about wipe out the center of their fleet. even if it's capital ships.... though concussion is better vs fighters.... still does some effect vs other ships.....
February 23, 200620 yr Concussion missiles are a quicker turning and more lightly armed missile that is able to track fighters. Proton torpedoes are a lot less maneuverable and can only target capital ships, but pack more punch. http://miniprofile.xfire.com/bg/sh/type/0/garbageben.png
February 23, 200620 yr Garbageben speaks the truth! They made advanced missiles and torpedoes that could lock on to fighters and track them better. Then the proton torps were better overall, but still slower. Protecting the world from those who have an IQ higher than 30! Huzzah! Trust me...I'm a professional. February 24, 200620 yr Author good to know for example when attacking acclamator hardpoints i guess that makes the xwing a tad more suitable against capital ships and the awing better against fighters (with the mod that adds conc/prot to their respective fighters)
