February 22, 200620 yr He means to actually build it. Anyway, you need to change the Build_Initially_Locked line from 'Yes' to 'No'. Also, you have to set Tech_Level to a number 0-5 (I think it's 99 default, equivalent to unbuildable). February 22, 200620 yr The string for tech level will already be in the file. I think it's the uniqueunits.xml. I wouldn't worry to much though. In the game it's only about the equal of an acclamator and has no hanger. I'd wait until IA2 comes out personally. 'All that evil needs to triumph, is for good men to do nothing.'
