I cant find any research facility on any planet .

And i cant construc one ????

i did the tutorial , and i did one . but i cant in the campaing .

 

Its probaly an other bug because its full of it .

 

Drone are buggy as well , sometimes they dont want to spy some planet for some reason .

Sometimes , they just cant spy a planet , dont know why .

Sometimes it take 2 days after the drone got the planet to show the enemy force .

the Imperial cmapaign doesnt have a research facility buildable as its a timeline.. as you do missions the techlevel advances until the death star is ready to kill alderaan etc.
