If so, someone kindly point me toward the source.
There's Cain's Mod for Rebellion. (recommended) there are a few more but most of the work done for it was just models and Cards so you could Mod it yourself using RebEd.

There's also Eville's Warlords mod for SWR (the first TC I can think of), and finally there is Rebellion Reloaded under development which will replace *all* the art, sound, and models.
