Lately I have read many articles about how too much time on the computer can hinder your hand-eye coordination. Folks, this is a serious problem nowadays when so many people are using the computer too much. The reason I'm bringing this up is because I found a really good coordination test on the internet. It gives you a rating on how good our hand-eye coordination is. What makes this test so good is the fact that it gives you really detailed explanations about why you got your rating and what you should do.

 

The test is divided into five parts:

 

1. Sight and Speed Visualization

2. Reaction Time

3. Finger Dexterity

4. Perceptual Accuracy

5. Near-Point Stereopsis
