in interface options there is the button command tether cam (scroll lock). then just press that button and zoom in.

 

or, having a unit selected, pressing © keeps the movie locked on. then move the mouce to move the camara angle. then esc or space to exit

the key c give a cam not like cinematic , i would like to have CINEMATIC but lock on a unit . how?
