-Location: When the player slows down the game speed

-Description: When the player slows down the speed of the game the framerate drops as well.  This is very noticeable when the player zooms in or out on the battlemap and is less noticeable when ships are moving or explode. 

-Steps to reproduce: slow down the game speed and zoom in or out on the battlemap
