In the Gas Giant thread not sure what happened, I'm 90% sure I pressed the quote the thread button. Because when I went to select the portion I wanted to, quote the paragraph was in quote formation. I deleted the part I didn't want and put my reply. When I went to post it came up as I edited it.

 

Maybe I just pressed the edit button on accident, I'm not sure, but I am pretty sure I pressed the quote button.

Yeah, don't worry about it. One or two little hickups are to be expected as you learn your way around. Now's the best time to make them.

You clicked on the "edit button" because if not, you wouldn't edit the message ...

But there is a reason, it's just because the "edit" button is located at the same place as the "quote" button when you weren't a mod.

 

So please read "buttons" and check what you're doing

Curse them putting the edit button so close to quote. Dont worry Nevets I did the same thing over at lucasforums when i first became a mod whew... embarassing lol
