November 12, 200520 yr Right now modders are basically creating models for their mods using various 3-D modelling software. When EaW comes out they will take these models and change them to a format that will work with the game. I'm not sure exaclty what 3-D modelling software is the best, but I believe Adobe makes one? Yeah, but this is asking what software to use, and how you make them etc. that was asking what is a mod...there is a difference.. You can use Notepad to work on game code.You can simply place new files in the directories for the game.You can use programs like maya or Blender to create 3-d models. November 13, 200520 yr on of the programs that was said was caled Luai think it was mentond in the chat.
November 13, 200520 yr They're using Lua for the scripting and XML to store the data. There really isn't an editor, an SDK, or any documentation out yet, so the most you can do is plan and prepare media.
