Did anyone notice the new lucas arts logo in new EaW trailer? I wonder if that is there new logo for all the games.

Yes it is since I saw it on another product of theirs. Old things get updated so I guess they wanted a new look.

They tend to change the logo a bit over the years. But this one is really different for the first time.

yeah but at least the new logo looks cool.

I'm still fond of the old one.

You know, the one they had all the way back when Monkey Island and Fate of Atlantis were released... Ah, the good old days.

lol well that Logo was cool but this one just looks better than the older ones

The logo changed weeks ago.

First time i noticed it, it looks cool tho.

The logo changed weeks ago.

That was rude, i don't see you notifying anyone...or making a topic on it...

Well, it's just a detail, it often occures you know

yeah it might but its nice for everyone to be told.

i do not know of all these different logos i only know of 2 the new one and the one before it could some one post piks of the oldest LA logos?

God I still remember the Monkey Island and Indiana Jones and the Fate of Atlantis LA sign. They were good times, good times.

lol i cant remince (sorry for the spelling) about them im not old enough im only 16 lol.

Does anyone know if they still do the LA gold guy animations? I remember the old lucasarts games all had creative animations for the gold guy, like the stormtroopers dancing in Rogue Leader or the Gold guy wielding a lightsaber in Jedi Outcast. Do they still do that, or do they just show it and not do anything special with it?

Sorry my mistake they gold guy is still there.

Actually it's hard to say. After all, how many star wars games have they done so far with the new logo?

Well, only Battlefront II so far. But they don't have any cool animations with the gold guy? That's kinda dissappointing.

Anyone care to describe the new logo? I haven't seen it (I don't think). Was it on one of the trailers?

Go to Lucasarts.com. At the top, you will see the new gold guy with a new Lucasarts logo below it. It looks like its running while carrying the arch thing on top of its head.

Oh, that... hmmm, not too much to get worked up over.

No, but its been a Lucasarts tradition to have a cool cinematic where the gold guy is doing something, like X-wings flying over a canyon that is actually the Gold guy (Rogue Squadron), or Jango pulling the gold guy off the purple L-shaped pedestal and jumping on it himself (Bounty Hunter).

Not any more apparently. Sucks IMO. That is one of those unique things that they should keep doing.

Yeah, it sucks.

sorry guys the little gold guy is still there.
