If vader dies then Thrawn can take over because you wouldn't be able to use anymore norghi without vader.

VeersHealth:-50 in person in a ship-80 as Admiral or General-120 if in AT-AT Powers:-+20 Accuracy (When at 50 for troops).-Able to call in more reinforcement when run out (or urgent) and no ships in space on enemy side (once per map and planet). -Able to give units ammo if they do have a ammo limit. I don't think that he should be able to see all of the ambushes.
