Can't Find RebEd?

hey guys, i've played rebellion off and on for years... since it came out, i guess... and i've always been interested in changing things around. so here i finally find RebEd and it's like a dream come true...

 

except that i can't find it.

 

when i download it and install it from this site, all i get is the HTML help file and a readme. no RebEd. but the download page is definitely the RebEd page. it just has the wrong file, or something.

 

could somebody help me out?

The installer itself doesn't create a link for some reason. Just find rebed.exe and create your own shortcut

new to the site and have the same problem and can't seem to find the rebed.exe file. Could i get some help?
