First: there are many factions in starwars but there no more then 2 majors factions by era, how will you deal with the technology edge between them if someone play the republic again the new republic?

Low troop and ship cost could be use but the interest for the big space ship will be decrease.

Second:some heros appear in multiple factions like palpatine, in the republic, the empire, and the new empire when it ressurect. Other simply change side throw the war. To deal with this there are several way: hero can be see in mupliple factions represented by there age, or be bribe to change side but all create major thread to the game or the story.

so I ask you sage of swrebellion.com whats big and small factions most be include in SWR2, how to deal with the technology edge and hero probleme.

What about the Corporate Sector, the Hapan Empire, the Ssi Ruuk, at one time next to the Alliance and the Empire? (during old trilogy)
