Does anybody have a pdf (or msword) version of the poster? I lost my poster and am looking for a "one stop shop" of all the characters/ships and their statistics. The book and this encyclopedia are too tedious to reference when I'm in the middle of gameplay.

Other than buying another (full) copy of the game (ebay, garage sale or Lucas Arts), I would say you're out of luck. Unless you can find someone who has (unfortunately ) "lost" there CD (or just scratched it or something) and have their's lying around collecting dust, AND is willing to part with it. Finding a "scanned" version is probably "improbable" (not that it couldn't be done, but it IS quite large). Once you have your poster, nobody thinks about making a "backup copy" of it.

Yep there was a poster with it it was double-sided and had all the stats and ecy entries of all units and chars in the game. Now even if you buy it from LucasArts, there won't be a poster anymore.

If my scanner hadn't died last week I'd be happy to help. It's a good idea to have a digital backup, my poster's folds are a bit worse for wear. If I get it fixed soon, I'll give it a shot . . . mind you it'll probably be a jpeg or 2

 

@LLF: The poster had all the ships in the game on it, with a little description about the ship and fighters, it's cost, firepower and strength. It also had all the character on it with a little description.

I might be able to just take a digital picture of mine and then upload it to you. THat way you don't have, like twenty scans. I'll see what I can do for ya, though i don't know how to post it on the site... Unless I use that one photo site.

Hey dudes, that's crap. I didn't receive any poster. I have the UK edition (Supremacy). Could be that a problem?

Uh, no. The poster is basically the entire galactic encyclopedia on a giant shiny sheet of paper.

The poster is approximately 19" x 30" (49 cm x 78 cm). Side 1 (top half) has the title STAR WARS REBELLION and the picture of an ISD from below aft (from the game cover page). The bottom half shows examples of the Strategic and Tactical mode screens and what commands are where. Also there is a key board command list for the same actions.

 

Side 2 is the encyclopedia layout. It shows all of the capital ships, starfighters, characters, special forces and trooper regiments (Rebel Alliance on the left side, Galactic Empire on the right side).

 

I have some digital pics of the poster, but I'm not sure how to "show" them in a forum post. I've seen others post pics of their ship models and artwork so it is possible. I just don't know how. Can somebody describe the steps needed to "post" a digital pic in a post? Thanks!

If you host them in Imageshack you get a link to post a thumbnail leading to the pick to post on the forums

Sorry for the "shiny" reflections, but the poster has been folded up for awhile and didn't keep too flat. Like I mentioned before, it is pretty big so the "quality" isn't perfect (especially when the file size for hosting is limited).
