May 22, 200521 yr I use Windows Media Player - use to be just because it came with Windows, though I like it now. Prior to that, I used Sonique - which I still like, though I've been waiting for Sonqiue 2 for several years now and doubt they'll release it http://img146.imageshack.us/img146/1778/reloadedbannerdu8.gifhttp://img152.imageshack.us/img152/1333/3dartistbanneranimationws1.gifhttp://img154.imageshack.us/img154/4026/rebellionbannerdi2.gif
May 22, 200521 yr Hmmm... This looks like a trick question... For MP3 I use Winamp, for short videos I use Windows Media, for long videos I use VideoLan and for DVDs I use the Intervideo Player. http://www.swrebellion.com/~jahled/Trej/banner.gif

I am using it because it appears the latest version of iTunes has a bug which stops me from using it. http://i15.photobucket.com/albums/a359/Mad78/Palpycard.gifhttp://i15.photobucket.com/albums/a359/Mad78/Spamkinguserbarcopy.jpgCLICK HERE IT IS VERY IMPORTANT!!!Click here is you like Trance

May 24, 200521 yr SWR Staff - Executive No, Winamp doesn't. I used to use Musicmatch Jukebox, but it was all cluttered and such. Winamp is much cleaner Evaders99http://swrebellion.com/images/banners/rebellionbanner02or6.gif Webmasterhttp://swrebellion.com/images/banners/swcicuserbar.png Administrator Fighting is terrible, but not as terrible as losing the will to fight.- SW:Rebellion Network - Evaders Squadron Coding -The cake is a lie.
May 24, 200521 yr Author I started by using RealPlayer but then i bought an iPod and had to pass on to iTunes. I found it was a great improvement and have used it ever since. http://i15.photobucket.com/albums/a359/Mad78/Palpycard.gifhttp://i15.photobucket.com/albums/a359/Mad78/Spamkinguserbarcopy.jpgCLICK HERE IT IS VERY IMPORTANT!!!Click here is you like Trance

May 24, 200521 yr SWR Staff - Executive I'm not an Apple fan. Instead of Realplayer, get the Real Alternative package so you can play in Windows Media and other players. May 24, 200521 yr Personally I dont like iTunes much. I think Winamp has much better options for playing music and creating different sound effects for them than iTunes. Its unfortunate that Apple in its desire to be more like Microsoft forces you to use their iTunes software in order to use one of their products (iPod). To me thats almost something you would expect of Microsoft not Apple. Ah well. http://img30.echo.cx/img30/2519/yodavspals4fr0gi.gif
May 25, 200521 yr Author Well you can only use iTunes to upload music. Nothing obliges you to use it as a player. iTunes seems to work again for me http://i15.photobucket.com/albums/a359/Mad78/Palpycard.gifhttp://i15.photobucket.com/albums/a359/Mad78/Spamkinguserbarcopy.jpgCLICK HERE IT IS VERY IMPORTANT!!!Click here is you like Trance
May 25, 200521 yr Well you can only use iTunes to upload music. Nothing obliges you to use it as a player. iTunes seems to work again for me Thats what I mean, in order to put songs on your iPod your FORCED to install iTunes and then your forced to start organizing songs and so on in it so you CAN upload it. A clever way of not only making you use it to transfer songs BUT now that you organized your songs in iTunes because you had to mind you, now its like "Well since they are all organized why not use it to play stuff?" and there you have it. Another clever way of Apple to try to gobble up market share of computer audio players. http://img30.echo.cx/img30/2519/yodavspals4fr0gi.gif
