Game will not Install, error with windows xp ???

I have had this game forever years, and wanted to relive some memories. \

I go to install it, and even borrowed a new disk when that didnt work.

Whenever i go to install it, this pops up: D:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\AUTOEXEC.NT. The system file is not suitable for running MS-DOS and Microsoft windows Applications.

 

Any ideas???

Sorry, there's no way you can install it, short of 2 or more computers and a lan line. If you have that, then you may be able to install it.
