I looked in my account section but I couldn't find where it would let you leave a link for a custom avatar can someone help me?
Fate, Destiny... Is it a path chosen or can we chose our own-Terlan ( changed by suggestion of Scathane )

At the top of the Page:

 

Forums (JavaScript Menu)-> Profile -> Scroll to the end of the page. There you should find it.

 

BTW, remember that there's a size limitation. Any avatar bigger than 80x80 will be shrunk down.
