June 1, 200422 yr I just decided a few minutes ago I want to make models; not only, but also for Rebellion. All I need is everything it takes to start. I built a very simple Star Destroyer in 3DSMax a year ago, but I couldn't put any textures on it, so i gave up. I don't have 3Ds anymore, so first of all: Which program can I use? Are there any free ones? http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v436/RiesstiuIV/Krempel/trapaure.gif
June 1, 200422 yr That's a good start Download and read the second version of my modelling tutorial, all your questions should be answered there http://img147.imageshack.us/img147/5183/animated9pn.gifhttp://img146.imageshack.us/img146/1778/reloadedbannerdu8.gifhttp://www.swrebellion.com/images/banners/rebellionbanner02or6.gif

June 2, 200422 yr That seems to be the schedule of every modeller. You can also download the opt23ds program from Darksaber's site and convert the XWA models in a format, you can import.Looking at the way these models were done will give you clues to many design-questions But remember not to nick the models of others without their permission, some won't mind, but others ... really don't like it (and some might just say no ) http://img147.imageshack.us/img147/5183/animated9pn.gifhttp://img146.imageshack.us/img146/1778/reloadedbannerdu8.gifhttp://www.swrebellion.com/images/banners/rebellionbanner02or6.gif
