May 19, 200422 yr Has anyone ever thought of replacing the Longprobe Y-Wing with the T-65-R Reconaissance X-Wing? All it would take was some change of artwork.Should I do that? http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v436/RiesstiuIV/Krempel/trapaure.gif
May 20, 200422 yr I say, "Go for it!" In fact, there may even be a card for it already. If not, then by all means, create one and upload it! May 20, 200422 yr Author There's no card with an actual picture of a T-65R. Also, I can't find a picture ANYwhere. I know there's at least one in a comic, I could use that one as a reference to photoshop-edit an X-wing, but I don't have the comic and I can't FIND THE PIC! Help? http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v436/RiesstiuIV/Krempel/trapaure.gif
May 20, 200422 yr I believe I have a comic featuring it: "Rogue Squadron: In the Empire's Service". Flown by Nrin Vakil, if I remember right. My father-in-law has a scanner, and I could probably use it, but I won't get a chance to get over there for at least a week. Sorry. May 20, 200422 yr Author Ah, yes, that's the one.Anyone else has this and is able to scan it and post it here?(Thanks, Fett, let's see if we can get this more easily...) http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v436/RiesstiuIV/Krempel/trapaure.gif
May 20, 200422 yr It's mentioned and described in Isard's Revence IIRC http://www.swrebellion.com/~jahled/Trej/banner.gif
July 10, 200422 yr Author Finished - for now. Started with a render of a conventional X-Wing and added the sensor thingies in Photoshop. Couldn't have been easier. http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v436/RiesstiuIV/T-65R.jpg Thanks to Thumper for providing the scans I needed. The smaller BMPs are not yet finished, but I'll let you know when they are. Edited January 11, 200521 yr by AdmiralFishface http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v436/RiesstiuIV/Krempel/trapaure.gif
July 10, 200422 yr Looks great. Will it be able to fight better as well? History is on the move, Captain. Those who cannot keep up with it will be left behind, to watch from a distance. And those who stand in our way will not watch at all.
July 12, 200422 yr WOO!! Great job, AdmiralFishface! Five of the Greatest Lines in the Star Wars Trilogy -"As you wish..."-"He's no good to me dead..."-"What if he doesn't survive? He's worth a lot to me."-"Put Captain Solo in the Cargo Hold"-"AaaaaAAaaaaaa!!" Fett's VetteThe Lyrics
January 11, 200521 yr Author Bumpety. Looks great. Will it be able to fight better as well?I'm not making the card, just the pics. All of them done, by the way. If anyone needs, contact me. EDIT: And, just to be fair, NO, that model is not mine. I didn't build or render it. I googled for an X-Wing pic with closed S-foils, and used this result as my base. http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v436/RiesstiuIV/Krempel/trapaure.gif
