Does anyone have a saved game which happens to have all the ships in the game about to face each other in tactical mode? This would be a awesome way to test model additions.

Mmm, don't have one, sorry. But the problem would be getting the AI to build everything in one fleet and to meet that one with yours.

 

It would be easier for you to lower the resource and maintenance for each ship to 1 with RebEd, then to build your fleet and later to turn the values back.

Doing this with both sides will give you, what you're looking for.
