Like you, I just rediscovered this game and got the same error with "gokres.dll" when trying to install Rebellion Reloaded. Go to your rebellion directory and find gokres.dll. Open up its properties and go to the security tab. Then select each listing in the "Group or user names" box and click the "edit" button just below to give "full control." The next time you try to load in Rebed you should get a different error instead of gokres.dll; just repeat the process for each new file that gives an error (I think you'll have to do this about 5 times, but I didn't write down which files they were when I was doing this). That should solve that problem, but I can't help you with the cards.
