    I figured it out. You have to build the Acclimator Class I ship to colonize. I still don't understand why the Empires Capital Ships are so powerful, it really doesn't make for a balanced game.

    For starters I'm a huge fan of this project so keep it up. I do have a small problem, when ever I play the game the ship yards won't let me build the ships that colonize planets, moreover the Capital Ships are way too powerful. Is there a more current version that I am missing out on or is there an updated file that I need? Any help would be appreciated, thank you in advance. - Needa
