This battle is not well modelized. Cortes had 13 horses left at Otumba. Had lost 2/3rds of his "army". Withdrawing to the coast, the surviving Spaniards (around 250 of them) and their indian allies were stopped by emperor Cuitlahuac with a 200,000 Aztecs army. Cortes, followed by his best 12 cavaliers, having spotted the Aztec commander, surrounded by 40,000 elite troops, charged straight for the ennemy. And won. This battle is surely the greatest victory in the history of warfare. It is a feat greater than the Thermopylae. Cortes was the only commander who challenged a 1000 times greater army, and won. It was practically a miracle. This game got it wrong. Even if the battle is very tough to win. - Neuro
