    Did they ever fix this bug? That's a game killer for me if it still exists, since I don't like to start my games at tech level 5

    I'm slowly working my way thru the Rebel campaign and at this point I'm building a light barracks on Kuat. The building stopped at 99% but there are still build slots available on the planet. Is this a bug or something else going on I don't know about? The Empire does have ships above the planet, but I didn't think this made any difference in building land based units.
