  1. Wow thanks! Hmmm, but as I notice, and as I suspected, it's only for the original Empire at War. Not a bad thing I guess, since I liked that game, but I prefer Forces of Corruption, and the scale of the ships seems better in FoC than in EaW, but maybe that's because I'm used to play the Space Addon modification. Alright, let's give it a try anyway, I wanted to kick some Wraith ships around with my X-302's so I better like that mod, I've heard only good things about it so far.

  3. Ok ... I just bought Forces of Corruption, and in the video settings the only resolutions I can select start from 1280x1024, which my monitor cannot support correctly (it emits a high-pitched sound at that resolution or anything higher). The highest I can support without that sound issue is 1280x960. But, as I said, no resolutions lower than 1280x1024 are showing, is it because the game cannot be played at lower resolutions ? Oh, by the way, I tried the ForceWare drivers, the latest ones, from Nvidia.com, and also beta ForceWare's (160.02's) and there is no changes. And I am running on Windows XP if it matters to mention. And it's the only game where I have such a small list of resolutions to choose from. Please help. :'(
  4. I like both types of mods actually. Just a little something added to the vanilla version. Maybe one or two models, or differently sized fighter squads, or more hardpoints on ships/space stations, or new laser colors. You know, nothing huge, not necessarily a mod a does all of the above in one, maybe one that does 'x', another that does 'y' changes. I found one, named FoC Additions, which adds a couple of things for the Empire. But I prefer mods that try to give advantages or changes (even of just for visuals) to at least the Rebels and the Empire, not just one side.
  5. I'm not sure where I'd need to look at to find Mods for Forces of Corruption. I've tried FileFront but I can only find Mods for Empire at War. Is there any "good", or decent Mods in existence for FoC available at the moment ? If so, which one ? Or is there a link you guys can give me where I could take a look at a list of Mods for FoC ? Thanks.
  6. Any plans to release a Bailknight mod for Forces of Corruption ? I'm looking for a "good" one, for FoC, and I'm kinda lost, I'm not sure where to look at, and I don't know which are the "best ones" right now for FoC, if any (I know it has been released just recently though, might take some time before we get something of the scale of Bailknight for EaW).
  7. Sorry dude I'm just impatient All I get anyway is the long-lasting battles I wanted. With the true version 2.1 there will be more than just what I did in the Hardpoints file I'd suppose. So I'll end up downloading version 2.1 anyway hehe. Right now I think 2.0 is just awesome, and other than the reduction of size of the Imperial SD, I can't see where it can improve ! But that's just me. I'll just be surprised once again by the next version I know. Can't wait ... can't wait ! I'm playing some TeS IV: Oblivion and BF 2 meanwhile hehe. And talking about WW2 battles lasting long ... what about the Battle of Stalingrad ? Man, that thing was a mess, it was a man-made hell. I think, what, it lasted like 3 or 4 days ? Somethin' like that huh ? Like the best German troops (SS's ?), their best Tanks (couldn't do it on snow lol), but they suffered from a lack of resupply I think (the Nazis). Anyway ... just getting shudders up my spine just thinking about that, must have been hell.
  8. Hey, just wanted to say that I finally took the time to readjust all the "Health" values within the "Hardpoints" XLM file. The balance is exactly the same thing, all I did was to add the exact same amount to all entries. So now all Hardpoints' Health listed in that file are 50% higher, except for all Space Station values, which all are now 150% higher. Believe it makes for some long (but still not too long for my tastes) battles, epic stuff, firing everywhere, it's just a bliss to look at guys. For example, in terms of changes, like I said what I did was to let the number "as is", and simply add a given amount to it; all that was set at "400" is now "900" (I added 5 hundred to everything except for Space Stations as mentioned), all that was set at "1400" is now "1900", and so on. I added 2 thousand for Space Station Hardpoints. Anyways, great MOD guys, I still can't wait for 2.1, but I will back-up my changed Hardpoints XML just in case I prefer my settings to the future ones.

  10. Well, I meant without changing the actual game speed. All I'd like to would be to make it so all Capital Ships (at least) take much more than what they currently can. You know, something simple like ... shield generator would take 20 hits instead of 5 before being destroyed. Or a shield depleting much slower from enemy attacks than it current does. Just to make the battles last longer, each and every Capital Ships would be present on the "battlefield" simply longer, making for a more "epic", long-term battle. Right now it feels like an arcade game. You bring up a oh so mighty Imperial Class Star Destroyed, but it gets half-destroyed by a single Rebellion frigate and a few Y-Wing squadrons. I really do like this new version, much better overall than 1.0, but everything happens too fast for my own tastes. That's why I asked for help so I myself could do the changes to satisfy my personal preferences.
  11. This new version is fantastic. But... -Sheilds on Capital Ships are too weak. -Imperial Class Star Destroyer is a tad too big. -Space Station is still a bit weak against Capital Ships. -Hardpoints on Capital Ships are also weak. -Home One could be a little bit bigger. Essentially, all I'm saying is that battles don't last long enough in my humble opinion. Everything dies so fast. I mean, fighters, yes that's normal, but ... Capital Ships ? No, they should last way, way longer then a frigate for example. Technically I myself would gladly make the necessary changes for my own tastes, but I don't know what to modify, perhaps somebody could point me in the right direction ?

  13. So we will not see Warlord 7.0 before official patch 1.03 is released ? :'( I hope those guys at Petro responsible for the next patch are planning to release it soon !
  14. Sarron2of4, you're telling us that you do not have any noticeable slow downs at all ? Not even after a few hours of game-play ? If so, please post your system's specifications, so I can upgrade mine !
