  1. The reason why PFF is down is because official forum is more interesting . I came here because there was no official forum , and devs came to here . Now PF got more Devs coming to forum everyday , share their opinions. Look at UAW forum , even News revealed still no one comes.

  4. IMO , yes. They listened to community opinions seriously, and do improve game mechnic. Lots of new stuff are included int this exp. SW do lack stagety in online play,but with this exp , i think u wont disapoint.
  5. 1 Capable of deleting unit, damaging your unit, or recruit soilder . even 1 soilder alive still count 1 in popcap,that's just unreasonable. 2 Exp system 3 Store the superweapon . It should be like " If i got money , i can have 3 superweapons standby. Make storage for superweapon an option. Whether it's limited or not ,having an option like this would be great. And also , Two kinds of superweapon at highest tech level . In low tech , u also have different options of abilitise like Generals to purchase . each tech has 2 or 3 abilities to buy. That will increase the Stragety depth . 4 Basic base building , or at least we should be able to put turrets based on the size of reinforcement point. The number of turrets must be limited . 5 When drag your 3 groups of unit to the ground at the same time ,it should be the same time when units show up. 6 Interaction to enviorment .Less restriction area. Or make restriction area become special area for certain unit. 7 Easier to control. The abilities of unit should be set in "The first" "The second" " The third" ability. Ex: When we type D , activitate first ability . E second . F third . In short ,make the hotkeys between different kinds of unit be the same! Three keys , easy to use ,easy to remember. That wouldn't change the comamand bar , people still can use mouse choose ability. But In this way, it would be easier to control units ,the only thing we need to remember is what's the ability of this unit instead of 30 hotkeys or more. Becuase most of the time , we need to control heros individually .like when you Drop detonator or Force push, Force push ,EMP ,Sprint, Capture ATAT, Self destruct ,you just need it going foward along ,using their special ability ,then getting away . Although the original settings allows us to use ability with hotkeys in large groups, it's just too complicated , and the case for large group never happens. It looks like usefful, but you just never got the chance to use it.So the hotkey should be setting like above or easier. 8 Bigger map. and more netural useful building . Even providing unique upgrade. 9 Unique upgrade .Not upgrade your armer or speed three times. That makes no sense. Ex : This unit got 2 or 3 upgrade in this tech , but you only choose 1or 2, and in next level you got next upgrade related to the previous upgrade . This upgrade system makes unique unit.What's the unit expert in depends on your choice. 10 Better AI .Seeing my units sticking together just makes me annoying. 11 Hero unit should have more ability ,3 or 4 would be good. And hero should be able use his ability to attack other hero. 12Weather affect makes no sense in this game , cause all units are in the same codition. Ability to predict weather or control the weather definitely improves the weather settings in this game ,or it just makes graphic more beautiful with nothing else. My suggestion would be making weather affect regional. And the affect should be more powerful. ex: rain area is small ,but it continues moving around the reinforcememt . Infantry in rain damage +50%or even higher. speed reduce 70% ,so people will be care not to go into rain zone ,or those units would be just waste of money. ex Storm reduce sight by 80 % ,also 5 weather effects change in turn. I know that's impossible in eaw , maybe in next game. If this feature exists , they should change battle dramaticlly. or it's just nothing. and the infantry upgrade of protection from weather simply reduce the affect .If once upgrade ,infantry are immune to weather , those weather settings are just crap. 12 Sneak Tech is very important , and change gameplay very much. 13 popcap should be an option to player ,although maybe settings is good ,and balancing the game in MP very well. It's still fun to creat lots of unit ,and crush into enemy base in skirmish mode. 14 Space and Land could be a whole new system together like Armies of Exigo . Maybe not in EAW ,cause the size of capital ship and tanks don't match. You can also add underground and sea to the whole new system .It's goona be big system with land ,sea ,space and air. I just can't imagine how cool this would goona be ^^. 15 Allow everything optional to let people choose from . Some people don't want too much unit,some people want lots of superweapon . It's ueually by half .Allow us to choose which one we like better ,make the game perfect for everyone . 16 Using Reinforcement point is goona be a new way to play RTS . Cause no one have done it before. and it's just really really awsome. Alought with this cool feature , EAW sill lack of some important idea that you guys created before . Combine all of staff above together , EAW or your next project is goona be invincible in RTS.
  6. 1 : 5 or 3 man,but 2 in popcap. 2 : and sometimes when u build towers ,and ur hero or units just trapped there . 3 : control attack should exist.
  7. I got to say "This game is awsome " It's truely a brand new style in RTS. The Reinforcement Point(RP) --really cool feature . I am not good in English . So forgive my poor gamma. even one soldier survie ,he still count 1 in pop cap . We should be capable to delete unit we dont want. Two infantry but 2 in pop cap ,that is just annoying. Or we can recruit with money little than orginial. And it also make the Exp sytem worth it . Exp begin from TS ,it's really really good feature. That would make game more interesting . Or maybe u can improve the exp system . like when unit reach level 3 , it earn some special abilty ,not just with more hp and damage. that would make this unit truely uesful and worth to survie. I think RP will be still in next game . Not like traditional RTS,u build ur troops and pull it to the battle ground. RP makes me feel like "yeah, i am ready for the battle" ,and also make MP really intense and exciting. Although its cool , we cant see war in full scale. my opinion is that maybe u can "Buy the RP" in "limited" time. It may make people underestimate ur forces , also it allow u to strike back , when u have money, but not enough RP, and also make full scale war in final possible . The upgrade should be unique ,i dont think upgrade ur armor three times in different tech level make any sense . upgrade may include special ability , but too much upgrade just make games too complicated. My opinion is maybe Unit1 got three upgrade in tech1, but there is only one u can purchase. Different upgrade makes unit look different. And maybe in next level ,u got upgrade related to ur previous upgrade. So u have different kind stragety to use , not just Only Two or three way to win. The design for superweapon in EAW is really cool. It's kind of concept that If u want it ,u pay it. Alought without time countdown reduces the excitment. But i still think that's also a new way to treat superweapon. What i want to say is that in the highest tech level , u got superweapon ,but still in level 1 or level 2 , u can still have ur own special weapon , or ability. If u want to use it , u just got to buy it. Three ability ,only two of them can be purchased ,and u need to make the choice. Maybe u also can store one ability two times, if u have enough money. In EAw u purchase ,but u can't store it. I just want " Bomb them again ,when they submit ,arms-raised ,in their pitiful smoldering base." The part of base building: whether the building is fixed or not, i dont think it matters. If building is fixed ,u spend less time in managing ur base. I think that's very good in some way. And the only thing it does matter is the defence tower. I think since the RP would be in next game , building pad (BP) should be allow players to control where they wanna put it on. Of coure u can't build as much as u want to, the number of BP must be related to the number of the RP that can afford. And still , u dont need a worker , solider can do this job. That would make the infantry is truely important . control sysetem: The hotkeys design is very uesful for a large group of units. It's very easy to use. Most of other RTS ,u just cant select different kinds of unit ,and still using hotkeys. But for some abilities of hero ,like u just need Han solo along to use the EMP , and for darth vader ,he need to go forward to Force Push. In most of time , unit are select in the same type. My opinion is that maybe this command bar still remain. U can control the units whith lots of abilities together and simply with just one click in the bar. But the hotkeys should be changed. The abilitis of unit can be set into "first" "second" "third" , if u want to use the first one, u simply type D and F for second ; G for third and so on. That would be more easy, cause we dont have to remember 30 or more hotkeys in the same time, all we need to know is what's the first ability of this unit. Since except hero , regular unit only have 1 or 2 ability. U just clik D. That would be more easy to use. Those above are just my opinions. I dont want this topic into argument. And hope for more constructive and postive and creative thoughts. Complainment does't make game better, it's the constructive ideas make it better.
