  1. Oh well. This depends on your current system. For maximum details and additions like AntiAliasing for EaW you need a 3GHz CPU, 1GB RAM and a X800XT/GF6800GT-Ultra. If you have a old system, you may buy a new system. However, can you give us more specs about your current system? CPU, Chipset and so on. For detailed system information use everest or aida32 - please google.
  2. The AI is really funny.... > Well, I don´t know if this is a AI issue or a "feature". After i killed 3 heavy attack runs from the rebels with only 3 ships in orbit and low level station and the hypervelocitygun, they won´t do space battles any more. They have extreme big fleets at orbit but they do nothing, just producing more more more. On some systems they have only level 3 bases but 20 to 30 y-wing squads, 9 firgattes, 4 marauders, 3 to 7 mon cals and up to 70 (!!!!) fleet and field commander in space... nothing happens, except the game begins runnig slowly cause the huge fleets - sure, the demo doesn´t support huge fleets or ground forces. The big problem here is that I get message "incomming enemy fleet at xyz". Seconds later, I have to beat a ground attack. They ignoring my space stations and fleets. This isn´t funny. I won´t use a "no ground battle" planets.xml, because I want to do some battles of course, but not so much. Sure. The game features that you can land a undedectable forces to disable ground to space weapons, but this feature destroys all my fun to crush the rebels with the hypervelocitygun. Since hours, the only thing I do is to defend my planets. No space battle, except I attack them. Question. What units are capable of landing undedectable forces? I will disable that. ;D OK, maybe it´s possible to say the AI to do such runs at lower rate.. If not, this feature is bad.

  4. Has someone a tutorial to enable the Hypervelocitygun in space battles? I´m currently try to use a combined mod of Chriz Mod 7 (because 3 extra space maps, Hutt Palace, Officer Academy and Cantina buildable as Empire and Mara Jade as Empire Hero) and Warlord 6 (because increased size of Home One, Hypervelocity Gun and better campaignsettings). Up to now, I have only enabled to build the Hypervelocitygun, but in space battle, the icon is not active. Help please!
  5. mh. Well. If I use bryans mod 2.0 starbases.xml, I can´t build stations over level 2. However, if I edit the campaign file to start with level 4 or 5 stations (even the planet can´t hold stations over level 2 or 3), they have a galactic model. I compared the files, edited the galactic model entry and so on. but it didn´t work. I will try something more with that. Maybe the naming is differrent and makes it impossible to work.
  6. Hi! First. This is a great mod! I´ve playing around with it since v4.0. I really thank you for this mod. It helps waiting for the full game. However - yeah, there´s ever a BUT. ;D I´ve got a strange problem. If I use Boba Fett or a Drone to spy enemy forces i get no information about space forces. Only "??" and the number of "??" is shown at the fleet section, for example if there 3 mon cal ships it says ??x3. And I can´t see the space stations (I play as Empire, full tech) level 3, 4 and 5 in galactic view. I have removed other mods now, but no luck with theese problems. Can someone help me with this? Thanks!
