Are you going to get the New ATI Radeon R520 Card?? It comes out in the Autumn and is a dual slot. It runs at 700MHZor MORE!!!. It was delayed because of the tweaks done to make it better than the 7800GTX. May change the preferenc then.

The Reason the DS took so long was because of the increadible levels of Radiation produced in the first superlaser's power source. The Second Death Star had a much more significantly sized reactor to power it producing less radiation.

Ok everyone who has played Rebellion/ Supremacy will understand what this thread will be about. http://www.cdaccess.com/gifs/shared/front/large/rebell.jpg In rebellion there were 3 construction type facilities which could upgrade to Advanced versions after Research and a lot of days in some games. In this game if there is a similar system will people go straight into the Shipyards and build Mon Cal Cruisers and ISDs or build a base first?? My Plan, and this worked every game in rebellion/ Supremacy, is to start with a planet with a Construction facility. Get the best one you can on that planet. I mean if there is energy per Facility-Max it out!!! Then take over a close planet and turn that into a total troop Manufacturing plant while in the small shipyards you are constructing loads of Cannon Fodder Squadrons to defend these two planets. After you have a massive ground force and Strong Construction yard it's time to start on the Ships. Start on the nearest Shipyard with at least 3 fighter squads. get that shipyard maxed out and begin on the smaller escort ships like Acclamators and that small ship for the Imps and Galofree Transports, Corellian Corvettes and Neb. Bs/ Corellian GSPs for the alliance. When there is a respectable fleet say one or two of these groups begin expansion. If there is Diplomacy expansion should be on the way as by now there should be quite a large basis for operation. Begin taking your fleets towards imp planets taking over planets as you go and moving massive fighter groups to Hyperspace chokepoints and defending you're planets. After expanding Construction and Shipyards continually you should begin building the larger cruisers like the MC80 and the unknown cruiser. As i am not sure about the weapons given to the Marauder corvette i am not sure. You may be able to construct these quite early on so if they are cheap fill your fleet with these ships and Gunships as they are both good Cannon Fodder and are both quite fast ships.

Ok this is getting wierd. Back to topic. I think that the voice overs would help the game massively as it would give the player a sense of Being IN the SW universe.

Maybe you start off with Shockingly poor characters like Lieutenant Darklighter and Antilles and Skywalker then when they get experience in battle they advance in Rank. Luke initially is just a normal rank then after he goes to Dagobah becomes a "jedi General" then after a battle with Vader you decide if you will abandon the force or become a jedi full time so start up the jedi path with the abilities of Vader like force Crush etc... If not you just become a General and can give extra experience to the troops and a Leadership boost.

I'd just capture loads of Scrapped ISDs then. Crew them for a bit then mothball the super fleet when the Imps are down to like 3 cruisers.

Um...NO!!! It can bring more weapons to bear if they're side by side but overall the SSD is stronger. Better shields, weapons and Hull.

You could only construct ships if you had enough Crew in the crew pool. Basically acted as a cap to ensure that you didn't just build loads of Sovereign and Galazy ships.
