REBED, but wut is swre?

when i save a file on the REBED, it says something about a newer version and to go to http://www.forcecommander.com/swre and its a dead website, can anyone tell me where i can get htis newer version?

Yeah i know, but i want to leave that alone because it messes with the gameplay, for example the rebels will only build corvettes, and the imperials seem to only build mostly carrack cruisers

Hey, im new to this forum but i have been playing this game for along time and i cannot find a no mantience point hack, my friend said he had one along time ago that made it so that the mantience point did not drop below 1, if anyone knows where i can get something like this please let me know
