That doesn't do anything for radar reflection however.

In 50-100 years depending on how many resources were put into it I bet. You'd need a compuer system capable of continiously recomputing the shape of the object you want made invisable if you were to use something flexible like cloth. Give the computing and nanotech requirements for that 150 years say. Hard, not truely impossible I would say. EDIT: A Power Armour Exoskeleton would be hard enough and move predictably enough that it would be much easier to make an invisibility system for it. I could see this stuff being used on aifcraft to make them invisible to radar within 20-30 years. It's just a slightly diffrient wavelength from what they've already done for.

Last few for awhile I think. TF-42-C "Star Shrike" class General Starfighter http://i67.photobucket.com/albums/h293/Defender_16/TF-42C.gif 4x Light Pulse Laser 2x Particle Cannon 16x Streak Sparrow 19 Medium Range Missile (MRM-B3A) In use more than a century before the other fighters I've put up here. This is a light fighter normally used for space superiority though it can be used in atmosphere. Much of it's atmospheric ability rely's on it's light weight, powerful engines, and repulsors. Some of these fighters have sometimes been modified with manuvering flaps if they saw extended ground use. This fighter class and varients of it saw the Terran Alliance through it's darkest years as the fleet fought to retake Earth. TF-70 Mk.2 A / TF-49-A "Fire Wing" class Starfighter http://i67.photobucket.com/albums/h293/Defender_16/TF-70-2-A.gif Long after the war to retake Earth, this fighter came into use. When the war ended a border region was created. To resolve a dispute over areas still heavily contested a Demilitarized Zone was created. The DMZ was home to some of the oldest Terran Colonies, many still under Dominion Control. Likewise the Alliance held worlds long colonised by the Droall. Over the past century tensions in the region have increased with rebel factions on each side trying to rid their worlds of invaders. In the past 20 years Human Rebels have started building starfighters using old designs and equipment from the wars. These are often upgraded with newer technology when available. The Fire Wing uses parts from the old Star Shrike and the even older Grey Eagle. Despite the age of some parts, small numbers of these fighters can cause havoc in an occupied city. Weapons and Equipment for this vehicle varry too widely to propery document at this time. - Terran Intel

Some of the old Black and White Hitchcock movies are pritty good even by modern horror movie standards.

Whenever I look through that site I have the same reaction: "They were making a movie!" The model makers wanted it to look dramatic and didn't care about how the ships scaled against each other. According to that site the second Death Star is something like 4,000km! OMG

I've been looking at the series in general again and yeah, the NJO was kinda as ar as they should have gone. If anything Lucasoft went too far with NJO now that I'm looking at it with more 20/20 Hindsight. If NJO hadn't happened, I may not have gotten to plan some cool battles, but the Expanded universe would have been better for it. (Actually, Children of the Jedi, The New Rebellion, and Crystal Star didnt have to be written either. *Getting off topic.* ) The NJO got away with a lot of stuff because they revisited a lot of problems and enemies that hadn't completely gone away since they were written in the 90's. The Vong were thrown into the mix and while adding a measure of desperation to the whole series it really just complicated things. I'm one of the most pro-NJO people arround (or was) and I've starting to see it more now as the beginning of the end for the book series in general. The fact that Lucas started his own book company instead of continuing with Bantam was a sign of things to come. A fact I already noticed and didnt care for when I bought my first NJO book. He wanted absolute control so that he could screw with what he wanted more easily. Swarm war, though well written by a good autor, is rather poor in general. The Author did what he could to salvage what he was given. I haven't even touched Legacy and I don't think I'm going to now. I may be done with the 'official' Star Wars from now on. -Prequels -Special Eiditions -Lucas Books I'm hating where Star Wars has gone from what it once was. The day Lucas dies, is the day he can't mess it up for me anymore than he has. *Whew* That was dark. I think need to go take an anti-depressant.

To Tofu and J: Ever hear of the cultural revolution? That's gotta count for a few million there. Not counting the regular day-to-day locking up and excecution of any religious people in China over the past fifty years. Yes, it still happens, just not quite as much. Eg. Did you know there's about 1 Million Chinese Christians locked up in jails right now? (About, more like above though.) Personally, I can't count all of those 260 million that have been killed that they're talking about, but really the number doesn't supprise me that much. What's the world population? *checks* It's gone from 4.7 to 6.6 Billion in my lifetime alone. There have been wars all over the world in the last century at any given time that didnt involve the major western powers. It seems perfectly resonable to me that 'atheist states' hostile to religion could have perpetrated that level of loss of life over nearly 100 years. Doesn't have to be just Russia, or just China. Plenty of wars and dictatorships that screwed things over for people in other parts of the world too.

Dude, I'm always creating stories. Weather I actually write them is another matter entirely. I normally revive a story element that I've left along for a year or more and come up with new stuff for it before another story line of mine grabs my attention. I normally have 3 stories at any given time that are being worked on in the back of my head. The fighters I've been posting are from a story element that I've worked on between Jan-Aug 2005 and Mid September - to Now 2006. (EDIT: Of the above I've created a series of events spanning roughly 300 years with gaps of 40-50 years or so. ) Since I can normally generate enough rough plot outline for a full length TV series in a matter of days I normally resort to maps and writing down major points or events charcters may go through in that time period. It is rare for me to actually finish a story as the moment I become bored my brain will pickup another unused story and try to finish or continue building on it. The stories I crated as far back as 1999-2000 really havent seen any significant changes since 2002- early 2003. (Krytos, I know you're an awesome writer. Want to Co-author something? )

I'm pritty much abandoning this mod as I dont have time to work on it let alone test the badly mangled stats. SOCL may take it over if he's interested. I'm just bumping this thread so that it'll show some activity and that someone is still interested.

In Today's paper. The online version is for digital subscribers only so I scanned the Newspaper. The title has been cropped out since it didnt scan well. "AttentionPlease" http://i67.photobucket.com/albums/h293/Defender_16/AttentionPlease.png Sorry if it's a little hard to read in a couple of places guys. -
That's awesome Kryt. I wish I could draw people. It's Sunday! Time to do fun stuff! http://i67.photobucket.com/albums/h293/Defender_16/TF-45BHornet.gif This was suposed to be the Terran Dedicated light interceptor. It came out a bit heavier than I planned though. In the default configuration it carries: 4x Particle Cannon 4x Medium Pulse Laser 8x Light Pulse laser 16x Crow Medium Range Missile (MRM-C1R) 6x Orinoco Long Range Missiles (LRM-L9G) The B and later models can be equipped with a modified version of the Support Weapon and Booster Pack, adding 2 more Particle Cannons. While excelant in combat against other fighters, they lack the proper supports to carry anti-capital ship weapons. These fighters are normally found in larger carrier groups or aboard Super heavy starships to act as part of a defensive screen.

Already posted an article about that Tofu. I dunno, why did it take you four months to suddenly start looking at it?

Awesome Gif Mad. Sorry I didn't comment on it last time. Yes, I did the camo by hand in paint then copied and flipped it to use on the other half of the vehicle. I messed arround with the camo arround the midline so it wouldnt be so obvious. I was trying to go with a darker version of camo I'd seen on Tiger Tanks in various movies.

I am not responsible for you wasting hours on end at ytmnd. Even if I post it more than anyone. Sweet vids Krytos. Loved the Harrier one. Always thought they were kick ass jets. OMG Fatal paper cut! lol! That was awesome. (Man I hate my dad's computer. The keys are all new and resistant to my typing. My old broken in keyboard of 5 years isnt like this.) New Talent on 60 Minutes (1 bad word. It's just rick james tho.) Who's murdered the most people? Apollo 13 get's down voted. Did I ever repost The Wizard of YTMND After the crash?

I think you guys have been making a step in the right direction. Even if we get the wrong people that just means we narrow down the list to contact. Perhaps not deserving of a 'woo' yet but a mild yay is in order.
