  1. I hear everybody talking about how they edit there rebellion game to lower the building time for units and the resources for them and the stat boosts for there characters....how do u do this?!
  2. Mother of God! How did your computer take that?!
  3. Jahled, your research that led to your equally surprising/incredible theory is remarkably accurate. Many of the ignorant individuals on the forum which I currently use the most (http://www.lucasarts.com) believe that the TIE fighter is technologically and physically a failure of a vehicle. Without a doubt, the grand majority of thier arrogance is drawn directly from the EU lies that you have exposed with your brilliant first post. In order to stake these lies and prove these individuals wrong, I wish to copy your post onto the forums of lucasarts for all to view and thus respect. Your evidence clearly states that they have all been misguided (though I, for one, Never underestimated the TIE fighter genious for a moment), and your outstanding stormtrooper cloning evidence as well. You would of course receive full credit for my announcement: All I want is to demonstrate the Lies of EU which led to the misguided thoughts of the clearly non-perceptive views of the people. Will you allow me to post this announcement?
  4. Skynxnex, the reason you probably never heard of bane nothos is because he was an expanded universe book character. Lucasarts did this with many characters, like thrawn and captain pallaeon: They pulled characters from the books and EU.
  5. Hahah, on the lucasarts Rebellion page, it says the battles take up to 20 minuets. What a laugh, lol!
  6. Actually it wouldnt be to hard to buidl one in this day of technology...I could do one ain a few years if I had the following supplies: Matcom McDonald Douglass F-15 afterburner NAVY class thruster engine(x4), Drivex malestorm energy guided laser drive (x4), Tri landing pods /Apache (narrowed down of course)(x3), Steering vane R-xus drive (x4) long nose F/A-18 Hornet forward cockpit and nose(x1), and proton torpedoe (actually exists) rack with full payload (x2). Plus a rough estimate of a crew of 39, plus maintenance units and more then a trillion gallons of fossil fuel.
  7. Yes, I know, I was wondering if the Fleet limitations answer was also refered to from version one of Rebellion.
  8. heh heh, Ill take that as a "no, there is no limitation". But I have to wonder: I know there have been plenty of versions of Rebellion released, but I have to use my copy on a laptop: ANy games on my Desktop will flay it alive. Therefore, Will it still apply to the original copy?
  9. Hey, all. I got Rebellion a few years ago back in 99, and its been my favorite game ever since. I have to wonder, though: Are their fleet limitations? In tactical battles, it says that there are only a few task forces that you can use. The fleet system is organized into horizontal rows, but if you get to many units, are they not included in the battle? I usually build my games with one massive fleet (I usually name it "Victory Fleet") and it consists of a good amount of forces, but I wnat ot know if i could have an unlimited assortment under my command.
