No, thats a bug in the AI. Try playing against militia, they seem to consistantly build and attack. Also, I think Rebels are active more often than Imps. Try playing against 3-4 opponents. Usualy 2-3 of them will be active. -MasterZab -
I think the empire not building anything comes from a resource bug. Sometimes ships will stop building compleatly and you will drop to 0ru if you try to cancel them. So the AI does not know to cancel it's building so it just waits and nothing ever builds. I have only found this bug when playing as Empire, so I don't think the rebels are affected. Also, playing with large frequent resource injections seems to make the AI more agressive. -MasterZab

Do you have it turned on? When you start a game you have to set random music to on for the SW music to play. -Zabaron

Over at TGU some people are working on a star trek mod but there has been very little progress that I know of. I don't think theres a STvs.SW mod for HW2 but there is one for HW. Go to http://www.thegamingunion.co.uk/Forum/cgi-bin/ultimatebb.cgi for more info on both of these. -MasterZab

Another resourcing problem. Sometimes, when I have around 100000ru and I have a few ships/research qued up when one finishes the next one will not start. The announcer voice says that I have insufficent resources, but I still have around 100000. If I cancel the reserch/build, I drop to 0ru suddenly, and if I have to cancel multiple things, it drops me to about -10000000ru. This can realy mess up the game. -Zabaron

The main bug I have noticed is a problem with resourcers. They dock just fine now, but when they drop off their resources I don't get them. The resources just seem to disapear. -MasterZab
