  1. ...that we know of...
  2. Other good movies: Seven Negotiator Fight Club Bruce Almighty Ocean's 11 The Professional Fargo Oh Brother Where out Thou The Big Lobuwski You have some excellent ones there! Others: Reservoir Dogs (more of Tarantino ) The Untouchables MP's The Meaning of Life JAWS Men of Honor The Shining Hunt for the Red October Road Warrior
  3. There were only three whose names were actually mentioned: Delvardus, Teradoc, and Harssk (who was a 'Supreme Warlord' and not an Admiral, sorry... ). Anderson let the ten remaining spots open for other writers to make references to in their own novels. Ex: *blank* was brother to *blank*, who was one of the 13 Imperial warlords executed on Mount Tsoss Beacon... Something like that. I remember reading only one case like that, but unfortunately I can't remember where, when, or what the exact exerpt was...
  4. Wow! My first post! I didn't think it would ever get a reply! Thanks. I managed to find a copy of Darksaber, so I now know all the warlords (or the ones whose exact names were mentioned).
  5. ...or advertisements for roleplaying...
  6. Of course the original trilogy was better! Have you ever thought that when you went to see TPM for the first time, that maybe your expectations were too high? Being huge fans of the first SW trilogy, we expect a wonderful new trilogy that's even better! Therefore, anything that Lucas produced (no matter how awesome) would not live up to our impossible standards. It's unavoidable. I myself, am a victim of my own theory, and no matter what Episode III is like, it will not compare to my opinion of the originals. The same goes for any other 'new trilogy' Lucas comes up with (except maybe if it's based on EU ).
  7. Oh well, the horrible scars he recieved will hopefully cover it up...
  8. Difficult, isn't it? You have no idea... I enjoyed Braveheart immensely (I'm part Scottish, so it wasn't too difficult ). And then there's Spaceballs... I won't even get into that one!
  9. Understandable. If it's in the children's section it's probably below our standard of reading (hopefully ). There's usually comfy chairs over by the Sci-Fi/Horror section so that's usually where I stay, surrounded by Tomothy Zhan and Stephen King...
  10. I also saw Campbell appear in the Spiderman 2. If i remember well i think it was him who looks after he tickets at the theater in the film. He stops the guy from going in because the play has started. I thought that guy looked familiar... I just couldn't put two and two together....
  11. Yes, I actually found that before and it was there when I got Iron Fist and Solo Command. (Haven't gotten around to actually reading it yet...) Good luck in finding it!
  12. Try here: http://www.amazon.com/ Since it's not in any book stores I know of (though, most of the book stores I know are increasingly understocked ). Well, I've finally managed to conclude my X-Wing series collection (about time ). I managed to get both Book 6 and 7 (and the Courtship of Princess Leia for good measure ). My faith in Chapters has almost been restored (since I had to go all the way downtown to find one that had them ) Oh well, guess I shouldn't be complaining...or maybe I should be... Anyway, thanks for the help guys! You've been great!
  13. I got mine from Wal-Mart, so you might wanna try looking around there or the other 'super stores'. It's a two disk set (one for the original film and the other for Director's cut, deleted scenes, commentary, and 'Behind the Scenes' footage). It's not exactly cheap, but it's a must for ED fans!
  14. Bruce Cambell (Ash from Evil Dead) played the wrestling announcer in the the first Spiderman movie (which Evil Dead creater, Sam Raimi, directed). Campbell also gives a hilarious walkthrough of the Spiderman 2 video game. I got the Bruce Campbell Vs. The Army of Darkness (Special Boomstick Edition) on DVD recently. It's great! Not nearly as gory as the first two though. There were literally oceans of blood in those! This...this is my...BOOMSTICK!
  15. On the topic of low-budget movies, I found Monty Python and the Holy Grail to be quite...um...good! (not just those who enjoy British humour will like this!). Also, I'm a fairly big fan of the Evil Dead trilogy (each movie had a budget of about $20 more than its prelude). It seems to be more popular these days than it was when it first came out...not too surprising really... Favourite Star Wars movie? ROTJ! (for various reasons you've probably already heard from others)
