I had already heard that the german governement was touchy about Nazi stuff (and right they are to!!!). But I hadne't imagined that would be the reason they would not allow some people to acces SWR from Germany.

I find that memorizing a case word for word can make you overlook certain options. Learning law simply by theory is just as boring but it then becomes easier to look at several options with an open mind. But I must admit that learning cases can avoid you making the same mistakes as people did on those trials.
