  1. Research could be fleshed out a little bit. I'm thinking turn the phase jump angle to about fifty or sixty. Otherwise it just looks a little odd to see ships jumping across a system.
  2. Which file will I find the info for ship speed?
  3. I like what you guys have just suggested. I'll be able to sink some time in tomorrow or Sunday and I'll tell you what I think. And jumping from across the gravity well is brilliant. The only thing that you guys might want to change then though is how Gravity Well Projectors work then so as to make interdiction much more viable in such a scenario.
  4. I've only been playing on random maps, I'll give this a whirl though within the week. And you mentioned that you added them to the SVN already?
  5. I know they are small, I played a boat load of Phoenix Rising for Empire at War. I did lower the ship speed already, but those Star Destroyers still move quickly. It's not a problem or anything, but it is slightly jarring. There hasn't been anything else really that's stuck out to me. I guess the only thing I would like would be some more research into diplomacy, which seems a bit bare bones for the Empire in its current state.
  6. So what exactly is going on with the maps? Are they ready for use? And if I understand, they are correct of canon? And more star systems with less planets? I'm alright with this.
  7. Got to sink some heavy time in this and I'm digging it so far. While arbitrary, it feels as if ships travel in-system too fast. Of course, there isn't really a top speed in space, just acceleration, but it looks peculiar to see a Star Destroyer fly across a system in short order. The only other thing is that it is very difficult to see any fighters.
  8. After finally getting the mod working (I just wasn't giving it enough time to load up), my first initial impression in an hour of playing is that some of the militia fleets you meet are absurdly powerful.
  9. Got it working. Pirates are crazy hard at the beginning.
  10. After reinstalling, I got a minidump. This is fixable though, so I don't feel bad about it. Yeah, I'm getting a mini dump error on start up.
  11. Will do. Doing a clean reinstall. I'm in Mountain Standard Time (MDT? -7 GMT)
  12. Okay when I used the checkout it said I had transfered in the neighborhood of 135 megabytes. What is going on? However, when I click on the folder it says that it is 2.83 GB. By the way, which timezone are you in?
  13. So I went into Mods-Rebellion 1.04 and ran the properties of all the files after SVN Checkout. For some reason, I have a total of 4.56 GB. I believe that's a good indicator that I should reinstall the mod.
  14. Still no luck. I'm good up until I try to play a game. EDIT: How large should my core file be in folder?
  15. Using all parts. I have 4 gigs of RAM, AMD triple processor and using Windows 7 64-bit. I think I'll delete the other folder from the previous version of Rebellion.
