Issues with Model Scaling and Positioning in Tactical Replacements

Hello everyone,

I am  experimenting with replacing tactical models in Rebellion & have run into some challenges with scaling and positioning. After replacing the original model with a custom one; I have noticed that the scale doesn’t seem to match up correctly with the environment; leading to clipping / off-center placement. 🙃

Additionally; certain models appear distorted / misaligned in tactical view, which affects game play visibility. I have referred https://swrebellion.net/forums/forum/7-rebellion-model-splunkediting/ guide but still need help.

Has anyone else faced similar issues when replacing models; particularly with scaling or position errors? Are there specific tools / techniques that can help fix these alignment problems; or is this a limitation within the game's engine? 🤔

Any  suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance!🙂
