Galaxy Map improvement - Planets data/pictures

Hello,

I know some works were already done, but I'm working on giving Star Wars Rebellion a fine treatment by making sure, we base our improvement on factual data about Star Wars Universe.

Given all that, I prepared some data to work with :
- Star Wars The Esssential Atlas planet pictures in PNG HD with transparent background
- Star Wars The Esssential Atlas planet pictures in 37x37 BMP sprites
- Excel file listing :
    - Star Wars Rebellion planets
    - Star Wars The Esssential Atlas planets (76 iconic planets)
    - All Canon and Legend planets + Region/Sector/System/Coordinates
    - Auto Generated map for SWR planets to see how they spread on the Galactic Map
    - Auto Generated map for Legends planets to see how they spread on the Galactic Map

With this I think we can discuss which 20 sectors to have and which planets to select to build the most accurate/iconic top 200 planets galaxy map for the game.

Any help is welcome.

The game has 26 built in planet sprites (1 is reserved for destroyed one).
I'm trying to have 201 different sprites (and later to update the encyclopedia as well).

I'm wondering if hyperspace travel times are auto computed based on X/Y positionning of sectors/planets.

Update: I added a first tab to make the Top 200 planets of Star Wars and quoted where they are from to have proper data.

Would be awesome if you finish this. Maybe use the Rebellion reloaded models/textures or some other mods models/textures too, for an overall visual overhaul. Ive sadly not gotten any good mods to work on Steam
