Does Rebed cards get edited?

So, I'm going to get as many rebed cards as i can for my hard drive...

 

i was wondering if they ever get edited and updated...or it's for a release for a release on that date...

 

while i'm at it...does anybody know of massassi.net mods get updated too?...

 

or dates for this site and massassi.net means what it means on the date uploaded...

 

just figured you guys play masssassi.net too...would the date show if it was uploaded?...
