Smacker 3.0

I would really like to be able to play the movies on my Star Wars Rebellion Program. I noticed that Smacker 3.0 is needed to play the movies on my Reb Ed Program running on Windows 7. I cant find a copy of Smacker 3.0 here or anywhere on the web. Can someone help me out?

Try using Bink. That is the modern version of Smacker. I've successfully played Rebellion movies in Bink outside of the game, though I do not recall the version of Bink I used.
